Jennifer Gates has been with Cority since 2012. She has over 25 years of experience in occupational health, wellness, and case management.

Jennifer received her associates degree in Science and Nursing from Long Beach Community College in California in 1992 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Ottawa University in 2011. She is a Registered Nurse and Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist/Case Manager.

Jennifer has also worked as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Urgent Care, Home Care, Oncology and Post Anesthesia Care Unit. In 1997, Jennifer transitioned into occupational health, disability case management and wellness, working for several Fortune 100 employers. She has extensive experience with non-occupational and occupational injury/illness management, medical surveillance programs, OSHA record keeping, disability case management, ADA and FMLA case management.

Prior to joining Cority, Jennifer was the Cority System Administrator and Trainer for a government contractor.
